Citizens Assistance Sought

image for press release Citizens Assistance Sought Fort Collins police are investigating a reported sexual assault alleged to have occurred sometime in November 2009.
On January 10, a 19-year-old Fort Collins woman reported to police that she was sexually assaulted in her home in the 2200 block of W. Elizabeth Street during a Friday evening party in early November. The victim could not recall the specific date of the incident but reported it occurred sometime in November. According to the victim, approximately 30 to 40 unknown people attended the party at her home when she reported not feeling well and went into her bedroom to lie down. She woke up later to find an unknown male sexually assaulting her.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his early twenties with possible Asian features, medium brown hair, bushy dark eyebrows, blue/green eyes, a thin face, stocky shoulders, and was wearing diamond earring studs. A composite drawing of the suspect is attached.
