The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Loveland Police Department is investigating an apparent assault that occurred during a burglary on Tuesday, October 13th at 161 S. Lincoln. The victim Sidney Jaramillo 63YOA is currently at MCR, his condition is unknown at this time. Investigators have determined this is an isolated incident.
