Suspicious Device found in Legacy Park
On Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 7:40 a.m. Fort Collins Police received a call regarding a suspicious device found on a pedestrian bridge over the Poudre River just west of College Avenue. The Northern Colorado Bomb Squad neutralized the device which appeared to be a homemade explosive device. No one was injured by the device. Fort Collins Police are still conducting an investigation. Should someone come in contact with a suspicious device, do not disturb it and contact your Police Agency.
