Fort Collins police continue to investigate an attempted sexual assault reported Thursday night.Police say they’re looking for a “dark-skinned black male” with a thin build, in his early 30s, last seen wearing a bright blue polo shirt.
Police say a 21-year-old female was walking alone on Centre Avenue near Research Boulevard at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday when the man attacked her from behind and attempted to sexually assault her. A struggle ensued and the female was able to escape and run for help, sustaining minor injuries during the struggle.
