Between May 27, 2006 at approximately 0230 and May 28, 2006 at approximately 0630 five hotel rooms were entered at the Ramada Inn located at 3836 East Mulberry Street, Motel 6 located at 3900 East Mulberry Street, and The Mulberry Inn located at 4333 East Mulberry Street. All five rooms were occupied at the time. Cash, wallets, and personal property were taken.
A male subject was confronted and chased from the seen of one of the burglaries. He is described as a black male with a dark complexion, late twenties to early thirties, medium build, very short braided hair wearing a dark t-shirt and dark pants approximately 6’00 and 180 pounds. The suspect was seen leaving in a silver car, possibly a Chrysler Sebring.
