Fort Collins police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred Tuesday at the Guaranty Bank and Trust near the intersection at Mulberry Street and Lemay Avenue.

A sign on the front of the bank around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday at 1263 E. Magnolia St. said the bank was temporarily closed because of an emergency.

Guaranty Bank is the second bank to be robbed in as many days. Cache Bank and Trust, 100 S. College Ave., was robbed just before 5 p.m. Monday.
