On 02/20/2011 at approximately 9:00 p.m., the Loveland Police Department was notified of some gang related graffiti in the area of the 4200 block of McWhinney Drive in Loveland. Follow-up investigation into the surrounding neighborhoods has led to the identification of more than 20 separate victims of similar graffiti during this timeframe. The locations believed to be a part of this incident are spread throughout the city of Loveland.
