Loveland police are investigating the robbery of a Wells Fargo bank Wednesday in east Loveland.

At about 6 p.m., a man reportedly entered the bank, 1412 Hahns Peak Drive, with a weapon and demanded all customers lie on the floor, police said in a release issued by the department.

The man then took an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a 30-year-old white man, weighing about 190 pounds and standing about 6 feet tall.

No injuries were reported and no shots were fired, police said.

Witnesses told authorities, the suspect fled the bank on foot, headed west toward Eisenhower Boulevard.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Detective Brad Templeman at 962-2244.
