The Loveland Police Department received information about a traffic accident on February 4th at approx 0100 am. Investigation revealed that a 2000 Jeep grand Cherokee had run off the road struck a tree and ended up on the ice at the Foote lagoon south of the library. Two victims were located at the scene and transported to local hospitals.
Steven Hernandez 26 years of age of Loveland and Tommy Hoskins 19 years of age. A third unknown party who is suspected of being the driver fled the scene.
