HOMICIDE SOLVED! EX-WIFE ARRESTED.
Fort Collins police are continuing the investigation into the death of a man found in his home yesterday morning around noon. A friend contacted police after arriving at the home and discovered the man deceased.
The Larimer County Coroner has identified the decedent as 48 year-old Gregg Theander of 2201 Creststone Court in Fort Collins. An autopsy was completed this morning and the Larimer County Coroner determined the manner of death to be homicide. The cause of death was the result of stab wounds to the torso.
Police continue to investigate and are processing the crime scene, canvassing the neighborhood, and conducting interviews. Although no one has been arrested for the crime, the investigation is progressing and police do not believe the public is in danger.
