 On 10/04/15 at 7:47pm, Officers of the Loveland Police Department responded with Thompson Valley Ambulance and Loveland Fire Rescue Authority to 1 Aspen Dr. for a reported unresponsive party. Officers found an unconscious 19 year old female who was transported by ambulance to the Medical Center of the Rockies where she was later pronounced deceased. [...]
