On 120115 at approximately 7:40 pm, Loveland Police officers responded to the Subway in north Loveland on the report of an attempted robbery. When officers arrived, the store employees reported that a man came into the store with his face covered and holding a weapon. The employees retreated to the back of the store and called 911. The suspect immediately left in a vehicle.

The investigators are attempting to get surveillance video. If and when the video becomes available and is appropriate for release, we will send an update. Investigators are also trying to determine whether this is related to other robberies in northern Colorado. 

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male approximately 6’ 00” tall, with a skinny build and wearing all black. If anyone has information related to this crime, please contact Detective Katey McDonald at 970-9622061.
