With consent of the victim, Loveland Police investigators released the video with the hope of someone recognizing the man, who allegedly sexually assaulted one woman and may have been following another, through his mannerisms, shirt or any other information in the footage.

Officers responded at 12:34 a.m. on July 2 to the 300 block of North Cleveland Avenue in Loveland after a report of a suspicious man. Authorities say a woman called and said a man had followed her on foot and in a vehicle, according to news release, though she was able to evade him.
