Detectives received a tip from a citizen about the recent Pharmacy Robberies that occurred in Loveland. The information led detectives to the identity of the suspect and where he lived. Based on the information, a search warrant was applied for and granted for the home of the suspect.
The suspect is identified as Michael Musick, a 25 year old Loveland man, who lives at 1300 Cherry Av. The search warrant was served at 1300 Cherry Av on 8/28/13 at approximately 9:00 PM. Michael was subsequently arrested and transported to the Larimer County Jail for:
18-4-303 – Aggravated Robbery of Controlled Substances (2 counts), a Class 2 Felony. 18-3-206 – Menacing (2 counts), a Class 5 Felony.
The two cases that Michael was arrested for was the Robbery at the Walgreens Pharmacy on 8/19/13 and the Robbery at the Kmart Pharmacy on 8/22/13
