Robbery Gas Station/FCPD

Two masked men in hooded sweatshirts and dark clothing robbed a Diamond Shamrock gas station about 9:50 p.m. Friday at College Avenue and Swallow Road, Fort Collins, police said.

No weapon was displayed, and the two left the store on foot eastbound with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to Fort Collins Police Services.

A Coloradoan reader reported seeing numerous police in the area with yellow tape surrounding the gas station Friday night. By Saturday morning, the scene was back to normal and a clerk said she hadn’t heard about the robbery.

People with information on this and other crimes are encouraged to call Crime Stoppers of Larimer County at (970) 221-6868, where tipsters can remain anonymous and possibly be eligible for a cash reward. Crime Stoppers may also be reached
