Police Investigate Home Invasion Aggravated Robbery

Fort Collins police responded to a home invasion robbery in the 800 block of West Laurel, Fort Collins on Monday, April 7, at 8:52 p.m. Three male suspects entered the residence and brandished baseball bats during the robbery.

Two people sustained injuries during the robbery and were transported for treatment of minor injuries and released.  The injured individuals included one of the residents from the home and one of the suspects. Dillon Cosgrove, DOB: 04.30.92 was booked into the Larimer County Jail after being released from the hospital.

The other two suspects fled the residence on foot and Spencer Crocker, DOB: 07.03.95 was contacted a short distance away by police and also arrested and booked into the Larimer County Jail.  Cosgrove and Crocker were booked on charges of Aggravated Robbery, Burglary, and Theft.  The case will be presented to the Larimer County District Attorney’s Office for review and filing of charges.

The third suspect is outstanding and is described as a male, approximately 6’1″? tall, wearing a mask, and a red hoodie?
